2023-07-31 Reminder to Arrive to MRRC Appointments Early

Hello,

I am sending a gentle reminder to please arrive at least 10-15 minutes early for all MRRC scanning appointments to allow time for screening and changing. The time you book on the scanners on our online scheduler is table time at the magnets and does not include any welcome/triage/consent/practice time the study team may need. Also, it is not okay to arrive late just because there is an open appointment after your scheduled time. The MRRC technologists schedule their day, including time for breaks and lunch, around the schedule as pictured on the calendar at the beginning of each day. Please try to conform to the set times as closely as possible.
