MRRC: Pulse Sequence Support

The MR Research Center offers a broad selection of clinical and research/experimental MR pulse sequences to its users as summarized below. The MRRC has pulse sequence IDEA/ICE compilers for Siemens and Bruker ClinScan MRIs, and has access to EPIC compilers for GE MRIs. The physicists are capable of receiving and/or developing new sequences not shown. Please contact our Core staff physicists (Drs. Hetherington, Schirda, and Kim) for assistance on existing sequences that are available to all users. Experimental research pulse sequences (and related data analysis tools) are developed and offered at the discretion of the research physicist. Please contact the physicist directly regarding the availability of the pulse sequence or collaboration for your research project.
